1866年にフランス軍によって略奪された、朝鮮王室儀軌296点が2011年5月27日までにすべて韓国に返還された。「5年ごとの貸与契約更新」という形であるものの、「事実上の返還」といっていいだろう。UNESCOの世界の記憶にも指定されている朝鮮王室儀軌だが、李氏朝鮮時代に王室の結婚式や国葬、冊封、築城、国王の実録などの国家や王室の主要行事を「儀軌」と題して図解を含め詳細に記録したものである。
日本の宮内庁書陵部 にも購入した物を含めると72種141冊が所蔵されている。2011年4月28日衆議院で日韓図書協定が可決され、近日中に返還されるという事だが、1922年（大正11年）に朝鮮総督府を経由して宮内省（現・宮内庁）に移管された儀軌が89年かかって本来あるべき所に戻ることになる。フランスの場合145年もかかっているわけで、かすめとった歴史をただしていく事は本当に時間のかかる大変な作業だ。
4月29日に日韓図書協定の経緯を伝えた朝鮮日報によると
「このほど引き渡されることになった韓国図書は150種・1205冊。『朝鮮王室儀軌』167冊、『大典会通』1冊、『増補文献備考』99冊、伊藤博文が持ち出した図書66種938冊だ。 最も代表的なのは、朝鮮王朝の記録文化の神髄である「朝鮮王室儀軌」。朝鮮王朝時代の王室と国の主要行事を絵と文で記録したもので、宮内庁に所蔵されている「朝鮮王室儀軌」167冊が全て引き渡される。「大典会通」は、1865年（高宗2年）に王の命により編さんされた朝鮮王朝時代最後の法典で、「増補文献備考」は上古時代から大韓帝国時代までの韓国の文物制度を百科事典のように分類・整理したものだ。 引き渡される図書「戊申（ぼしん）事績」1冊、「乙巳（いつし）定難記」1冊、「甲午軍政実記」10冊、「経世補篇（へん）」9冊、「朴氏殉忠録」1冊、「青邱漫輯（しゅう）」6冊の6種28冊は韓国内にもない唯一本だ。」
という事で、ウィキペディアと朝鮮日報で朝鮮王室儀軌の冊数が違うが、背景には色々と複雑な事があるらしい。例えば、フランスの場合、「御覧用」の原本であるが、日本の宮内庁の物は、当時作成した写本を朝鮮総督府が皇室に寄贈した物である、など。また、神田の古本屋で購入した物があるとかなってくるとちょっと訳が分からなくもなってくる。が、やはり正す事は大変な作業だという事で今のところは理解しておこうと思う。

Thank you. All the works which you can watch on this website are the digital data which received an offer from the public organization,for example National Diet Library Japan. Therefore this way is natural and I think that it may be said that it is covered with a tax.
I think that there are a lot of people who feel unpleasant when they see this work. It must be said that why I show this work.
As for that I could say something, the picture which deeply include war propaganda took part to lead public opinion in the war time. We must learn the history.
